About

Sarah Gangl is a passionate musician and dedicated educator with extensive experience in piano, organ, and voice. She recently completed her Bachelor of Music at the University of Toronto, where she also pursued a minor in Psychology and a certificate in Music and Health.

Sarah’s musical journey has included a variety of enriching roles. For over six years, she served as a music minister at her home church, contributing as a pianist, organist, and cantor. Most recently, she was the organ scholar at Rosedale United Church, where she supported worship services, assisted with choir rehearsals, and collaborated in performances. She has also provided musical services for numerous weddings and funerals, offering thoughtful and meaningful music for life’s important moments. Her time at Rosedale, within a warm and welcoming community, further deepened her commitment to musical collaboration and sacred music.

Her experience also includes an internship placement at St. Michael’s Choir School, where she gained valuable insight into choral education and music leadership. She was a participant of the Royal Canadian College of Organists’ Summer Organ Academy, where she connected with inspiring mentors and fellow musicians from across Canada.

Now, through her private music studio, Sarah is excited to share her love of music with students of all ages and backgrounds. Her teaching is rooted in creativity, empathy, and a strong technical foundation, with lessons tailored to meet each student’s unique goals and abilities.
